A 23-year-old man charged in the drunken-driving death of a Colorado musician pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and vehicular assault in Jefferson County District Court on Monday. Juan Ortega Torres Jr. was arrested Feb. 5 after Arvada police said he ran a red light at West 64th Avenue and Lamar Street, causing a multi-vehicle crash that killed 44-year-old Kresten Wolff Thomsen and injured two children and the driver of another vehicle.
