(AP) — A man accused of having let an unlicensed teenager drive a sport utility vehicle that crashed in northeastern Pennsylvania last summer, killing three other teens, has been charged with endangering the welfare of children and involuntary manslaughter. Fifty-three-year-old Michael Ware of Scarsdale, New York was also charged Wednesday in Wayne County with recklessly endangering another person, giving false information and letting an unauthorized person drive.
