ATHENS, Ga. — The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is probing the death of a 60-year-old man who died in police custody in northeast Georgia. Athens-Clarke County police say 60-year-old John E. Marsden died Sunday morning at Athens Regional Medical Center. They say the death happened after the man became unresponsive while undergoing a breath test at Athens-Clarke County police headquarters. read more
