NEW WINDSOR – The body of a man was found Monday evening at a cosmetics manufacturing plant where a morning explosion followed by a fire and a second explosion left more than 30 people, including seven firefighters, injured.The New Windsor Police Department requested a medical examiner around 7:40 p.m. after the body of a deceased male was found in the fire-damaged facility belonging to Verla International, according to Orange County spokesman Justin Rodriguez.The [...]
