SCARBOROUGH –– The husband of a woman who was suspected of shoplifting at the Wal-Mart store in Scarborough Monday afternoon pulled the fire alarm at the store after store officials wouldn’t release her, according to Scarborough Police. The store was briefly evacuated after the fire alarm was set off. Sean Francis, 42, of Portland, was arrested on false report and terrorizing charges after he allegedly called the store and threatened them to release his wife, Marsha Francis, 41.
