Man Shot, Other Stabbed During Altercation At Royal Oak Apartment Complex

A man was shot and another man was stabbed during an altercation Sunday afternoon at the Woodward North Apartments in Royal Oak, according to a report from WDIV-TV.The incident took place around 2 p.m. at the complex, located in the 3000 block of W. 13 Mile Road.
