STOCKTON — Police are calling the death of a homeless man who was killed by a slow-moving train Monday afternoon in east Stockton an apparent suicide. Those who knew him believe he was despondent over a souring relationship with his girlfriend. First responders were dispatched at 1:27 p.m. to Waterloo Road where the Central California Traction Co.
