DETROIT (AP) — A Detroit-area man suspected by the Irish government in the killing of two soldiers in 1980 is making his first appearance in immigration court. Without specifically citing the allegations, the U.S. government says the U.S. won't be a "safe haven" for people suspected of torture and war crimes.
