Bloomfield Township Police Department says a man who allegedly approached four women and tried to pull one of them turned himself in on Friday night.Police say the suspect is a 49-year-old man from Pontiac.The four incidents occurred between 1:30 and 1:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, and three of them involved no contact with the women.
