When an employee told Daniel Robert Stine that he needed to pay for the drink, the 48-year-old man walked out of the establishment. Hours later, police officers found Stine in the bathroom of another restaurant, where he resisted arrest. Stine was arrested on charges of robbery, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to property, and obstructing a peace officer, according to the Missoula County jail roster.
