TOWN OF SAUGERTIES — Pop singer Mariah Carey’s older sister was charged with prostitution Friday after police say they found her offering sexual favors in return for money in a Saugerties hotel.Alison Carey, 55, had been working out of the hotel for about a week, and was advertising her services on the Internet, Saugerties police said.
