BOSTON (AP) — Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick is calling the Supreme Court's ruling allowing voters to outlaw the use of race as a factor in college admissions "very troubling." Patrick also told reporters Wednesday that the administration is trying to figure out if there are any implications for Massachusetts in the court ruling, which is seen as a blow to affirmative action programs.
