Mcso: 2 Phoenix Residents Accused Of Stealing Electricity

PHOENIX (AP) — Two Phoenix residents have been accused of drug possession and stealing electricity. Maricopa County Sheriff's officials announced Wednesday that a tip led detectives to arrest 46-year-old Derek Paul and 21-year-old Malibu Smith at a Phoenix home. Surveillance conducted by sheriff's deputies found that the house was without electrical service, but it was occupied and people were coming and going from the home. Detectives served a search warrant and say they found usable quantities of methamphetamine, heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
