EPPING, N.H. (AP) — A medical marijuana dispensary has been proposed in Epping, New Hampshire, after the state passed a law allowing seriously ill residents to use marijuana to treat their illnesses. The program is being administered through the Department of Health and Human Services, which plans to license up to four facilities in the state.
