By Bobby Harrison Daily Journal Jackson Bureau JACKSON – Services will be reduced at state Department of Mental Health facilities in both Oxford and Tupelo, the agency has confirmed. The reduction in services at the two Northeast Mississippi mental health facilities is part of an overall effort to deal with significant cuts in state funding approved by the Legislature and Gov.
