The year 2018 has been rewarding for lottery winner Jason Williams of Methuen, who won his second million-dollar prize from a Massachusetts State Lottery instant ticket on Tuesday.Williams claimed his latest prize at lottery headquarters Tuesday. He hit on a “200X” $30 instant game he played at Howe Street Superette in Methuen, three months after his first million-dollar prize.Howe Street Superette is receiving a $10,000 bonus for its sale.Williams chose to receive the winnings in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000.
