Local activist Enrique Morones can add Mexico's Othli award to his résumé. Morones received the prize last week from Mexican Consul General Remedios Gómez Arnau for his dedication to migrant rights issues. A consulate spokesman calls the prize, which means “path” in the Aztec language, the highest honor the Mexican government can give to someone living abroad.
