Michelle Rhee To Resign As D.C. Schools Chancellor

Ending her three-year tenure as D.C. Schools Chancellor, The Washington Post reports Michelle Rhee will announce her resignation on Wednesday.Rhee is expected to say that she will leave the post at the end of the month, a move that follows the defeat of incumbent Mayor Adrian M. Fenty, who appointed Rhee as chancellor.Until a new Schools Chancellor is appointed by D.C.'s mayor-elect, Vincent C.
