My names Jeff and I'm a recent college graduate that decided on starting a business. I've drank some amazing chinese tea from when I studied abroad and I want to open an e commerce business spreading the love of tea! One of the main road blocks I'm running into is getting the appropriate licenses and FDA approval to import food into the USA. From my research, I know I need it but I'm neither sure about what I need, and how do I obtain it. And if its even possible for a sole proprietor to do this. I'm not looking for some how to guide, I understand this stuff is complicated and I need to figure it out. But so far I have only been able to find a FDA phone number that I might give me some information. Can someone help point me in the right direction? A bill that would extend sales tax breaks to large wind-energy companies that locate in Nebraska is headed to a final vote in the Legislature. Lawmakers gave second-round approval Tuesday to the bill, which is designed to attract wind-energy firms.

A coalition of groups has petitioned Wyoming's state oil and gas regulatory agency to adopt tougher rules for oil and gas development that include restrictions on practice of flaring and expanding the minimum distance between new oil and gas wells and homes, schools and businesses. The groups also ask the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission to more aggressively penalize oil and gas companies for leaks and spills that affect nearby landowners. The petitioners include the Powder River Basin Resource Council, the Equality State Policy Center, a state government watchdog group, and smaller groups in Cheyenne, Clark, Pinedale and Pavillion.
