Microsoft must pay the Chinese government about $137 million in back taxes, Reuters reports. An official news agency in China reported an unnamed U.S. multinational must pay the sum to the Chinese government, referring to it only as a company whose name starts with "M," is one of the world's largest 500 firms and which set up shop in Beijing in 1995.
