Midtown Harrisburg Bookstore Pays Back Wages After Overtime Investigation

A complaint to the U.S. Department of Labor triggered the investigation last summer at the Midtown Scholar, according to Harrisburg Mayor Eric Papenfuse, who owns the bookstore. The investigation revealed the business owed 15 employees about $1,800.
