Midwest City Shooting Victim Identified, Friend Sought

MIDWEST CITY — Police identified Odell Brown, 29, as the man shot in his face and neck Sunday afternoon at a Midwest City apartment complex; authorities are looking for his friend in connection with the incident.Brown remained in critical condition this morning at OU Medical Center following surgery Sunday, Police Chief Brandon Clabes said.Read more on NewsOK.com
