(AP) — Scott Milne, the Republican nominee for governor of Vermont, says he wants to boost the state's economy by giving a five-year moratorium on corporate income taxes to businesses started in the state in the next three years. Milne says the economy needs a boost in a state that faces a demographic problem in which the working-age population is shrinking, while the number of retirees is growing rapidly.
