Miranda Lambert couldn't help but let her guard down for one fan battling cancer. On Saturday, the country superstar performed a show in Corpus Christi, Texas, as part of her "Platinum" tour. A video uploaded to YouTube captures Lambert's touching performance of her song, "Over You." After spotting 7-year-old Brooke Hester, who, according to Fox News, has been battling neuroblastoma -- a type of cancer -- since 2010, Lambert made her way over to the child and began singing to her. At the 2:30 mark, Lambert takes the child's hand, and is so overcome with emotion that she stops singing and begins tearing up.
