Missing Waterford Soldier Found Dead

A twenty-year Army National Guard veteran, reported missing for nearly a week, was found dead by police Wednesday, July 19 in a wooded area near Cooley Lake Road and Cooley Village Lane.Waterford police say David Folsom, a 54-year-old father and husband from Waterford, appeared to have died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
