Missouri Supreme Court Denies Nunley Stay Of Execution

The Missouri Supreme Court has denied a stay of execution for a former Kansas City man scheduled to be put to death Oct. 20. Attorneys for Roderick Nunley had asked the court to delay the execution because of a pending federal lawsuit challenging the legality of Missouri’s lethal injection protocol.
