Mmsd Released Partially Treated Wastewater 13 Times Since 2010

The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District discharged widely varying amounts of partially treated wastewater from its Jones Island sewage plant during separate rainstorms, most recently on Nov. 17, records show.
