AT&T started yet another round of mobile price cutting, this time focused on groups and families using lots of data. That's good news for heavy smartphone customers, who can now stay online twice as long for the same price. But it also means some folks still sticking with unlimited plans now have options to save money while likely being able to use as much data as they ever have.
