LONDON (AP) — UEFA's anti-discrimation partners are compiling a report into the racism suffered by England players in a European Championship qualifier at Montenegro. The Fare network says its observer attended the game because there was a "high risk" of racist incidents on Monday, and heard the abuse. Fare wants UEFA to "act decisively" and consider a partial or full stadium closure being imposed on Montenegro.
