More than 800 customers are without power Wednesday morning, and at least some of the outages are due to Tuesday night's storms.Orange and Rockland has 181 customers in Sullivan County and 29 customers in Orange County without power. Spokesman Mike Donovan said that’s a small percentage of those who lost power Tuesday night.
