Police say a mother holding a 20-month-old baby jumped out of a car while it was being driven by a carjacker on the Capital Beltway in Maryland.

Senh: You just have to be extra careful at night. This occurred at a gas station at 10pm. This mother was brave - jumped out of the car with her baby while the car was still going.
