ATTLEBORO — A mother and daughter from Plainville are on trial for allegedly pretending to be police officers when they went to a man’s home to persuade him to recant rape allegations against a relative.The Sun Chronicle is reporting that prosecutors say 67-year-old Hilma Nordstrom and 34-year-old Dannell French tried to pressure the 27-year-old man into recanting the allegations he made against Nordstrom’s son and French’s brother.
