The 6-foot-7 sophomore center picked a perfect opportunity for her best career outing Friday night, with 26 points, 12 rebounds and six blocks in the Bulldogs’ win over Washington to advance to the Sweet 16. McCowan “continues to grow,” said MSU coach Vic Schaefer.
