CRANSTON, R.I. — At least 10 fire engines and multiple ambulances are on scene responding to a fire at an Elmwood Avenue jewelry company.Elmwood Avenue has been closed near Gem-Craft, at 1420 Elmwood Ave., as first-responders work to get the situation under control.Bob Brown, who works as a secretary at another company in the building, said Monday night that the fire alarm went off at around 4:30 p.m.
