Murder Conviction, Sentence Upheld In Pike Case

The Pennsylvania Superior Court has upheld the conviction and life sentence of Joseph Atwell for his involvement in the 2007 kidnapping and murder of Norman Domenech of Harrisburg, Pa.Atwell was pursuing a Post Conviction Relief Act petition, claiming he is entitled to a new trial due to errors by his lawyer.
