Muskegon Store Owner Sentenced For Attempted Counterfeit Merchandise Possession

The owner of a Muskegon store has been sentenced to two years on probation and $12,000 in restitution after pleading guilty to a reduced charge of attempted possession of counterfeit merchandise -- goods for sale in his store.
