YAMOUSSOUKRO (Reuters) - Soldiers seized roads leading into the city of Korhogo in northern Ivory Coast late on Friday, a mutineer and a resident said, as disgruntled troops appeared to relaunch an army mutiny that paralyzed much of the country last week.
