Amarillo police transported one person to a local hospital Tuesday morning after neighbors reported a naked, rain-soaked man walking through a north Amarillo street. Amarillo police responded to the home at 1624 Nix St. about 10:10 a.m. after neighbor John Clark said he heard a commotion outside and what he thought sounded like gunfire.
