Names of Oakland fire victims begin to emerge Donna Kellogg, a 32-year-old Oakland resident who friends say was going to culinary school while working at a local coffee shop, was confirmed as one of the victims of Friday night’s Oakland fire, according to her family. When the fire broke out, Kellogg was reported to be on the second floor of the Ghost Ship, the burned-out warehouse that had been converted into art space, friends said.
