A Naperville man convicted in 1989 of commodities fraud and wire fraud received one of the 12 pardons issued Wednesday by President Barack Obama. Brian E. Sledz, now 54, was a trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange when he pleaded guilty to the charges.
