NBA GMs give Warriors 69 percent chance of winning NBA title In the wake of signing Kevin Durant, the Warriors became perhaps the most stacked team in NBA history. The league’s general managers gave the Warriors a 69 percent chance of winning the NBA title, edging out Cleveland (31 percent). The Cavaliers’ LeBron James was picked to win the MVP Award, with the Warriors’ Stephen Curry (tied for third) and Durant (fifth) cracking the top 5. Two of the three players GMs said require coaches to make the most adjustments are Curry and Warriors teammate Draymond Green.
