Pau and Marc Gasol are the first brothers to be named to the NBA All-Star Game as starters, the league announced Thursday. Memphis’ Marc Gasol, picked to his second All-Star team, joins New Orleans’ Anthony Davis and the Clippers’ Blake Griffin in the West frontcourt. While both Gasols were among the leaders in balloting updates, Toronto’s Kyle Lowry, like the Warriors’ Stephen Curry, rallied before the final ballot — Lowry to come from more than 100,000 back and start over Dwyane Wade of Miami and Curry to surpass James as top vote-getter. Curry was voted into the West backcourt along with the Lakers Kobe Bryant, though the latter is doubtful to play after being diagnosed with a torn right rotator cuff Thursday. Evan Turner hit a three-pointer with one second left to lift visiting Boston, which snapped a three-game losing streak behind Avery Bradley (18 points) and Jared Sullinger (17 points, nine rebounds) .
