New Golf Rules Will Limit Impact of TV Viewers and Scorecard Errors

Effective Jan. 1, golfers will not be penalized two shots for an incorrect scorecard if they were not aware of a rules violation. And officials will not respond to most TV viewers’ calls about violations.
