New Haven Man Admits Paying Bribes To Former West Haven Housing Director

A New Haven man admitted Tuesday to paying nearly $350,000 in bribes to Michael Siwek, former executive director of the West Haven Housing Authority, in exchange for government contracts and business. Andrew Ross, 58, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit bribery in connection with a program receiving federal funds, according to a press release from Deirdre M.
