New leadership is taking over Hollywild Animal Park in Spartanburg County. The park's founder and executive director, David Meeks, is retiring. His retirement is effective July 16. The park's board announced Meeks' retirement Wednesday afternoon. Meeks will continue to serve as the park's animal care development manager until a replacement can be found.
