CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) — A union official says a New Jersey child welfare caseworker was stabbed in a state office three days after security was reduced there. Communications Workers of America area director Hetty Rosenstein says the stabbing came just three days after state Human Service Police were reorganized and three officers were moved from the floor where the stabbing occurred.
