LAYTON - Layton officials are hoping three upcoming projects in the city will help alleviate the traffic flow in several high-congested areas.This summer, Layton City is working with the Utah Department of Transportation to add a lane in each direction on Antelope Drive beginning at Woodland Park Drive to 2200 West.
