SANTA FE, N.M. (Reuters) - New Mexico's Democratic attorney general filed a 64-count criminal case against Republican Secretary of State Dianna Duran on Friday, accusing her of embezzlement, money-laundering, campaign finance violations and other offenses, his office said.
