TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey's Supreme Court has released new guidelines for journalists and the public who use electronic devices in courtrooms and courthouses. The guidelines announced Thursday require individuals to sign a form agreeing to conditions set by the court to use an electronic device to take notes or receive information or communications.
