GOSHEN - A New Windsor man was sentenced Tuesday to two to four years in prison for the 2016 car crash that killed his girlfriend.Gregory Cardona, 28, was convicted following a trial of criminally negligent homicide, a felony; and reckless driving, a misdemeanor, in the crash death of Ashley Martinez, 25, of Monroe.
